Founded in 1952 as J. Umashankar & Company, our journey began with the trading and supply of Ball and Roller Bearings. Established by Late Shri Shiv Dayal Mishra and his sons, the company started as a partnership firm with modest resources but a strong vision for growth.
In 1977, we were appointed as agents of NTN Toyo Bearing Co. Ltd. (now NTN Corporation) and have proudly represented NTN ever since. Today, we continue our long-standing association as their Authorized Distributors, dealing exclusively in the NTN brand.
In 1993, the firm was incorporated as J. Umashankar & Company Private Limited, a name that continues to symbolize trust, quality, and dedication in the bearing industry.
Over the past six decades, we have grown steadily, overcoming challenges and achieving numerous milestones. Today, we stand among the leading distributors of Ball and Roller Bearings in India.
